Refund policy

Digital Products — All Sales Final Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed. This includes ebooks, planners, trackers, and journals in PDF or digital format. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exception: if a digital file is corrupted, missing, or significantly not as described, contact us at wealthwellnessx@gmail.com within [7] days of purchase for a replacement file or resolution.

Physical Products — Non-Refundable / Made-to-Order Physical products are produced on-demand specifically for your order and are therefore non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong size, printing error)

To request a resolution for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at wealthwellnessx@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

No Cancellations Once in Production Physical orders begin production shortly after purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production.
